This is actually a moving backgound that you can do with regular windows vista like home basic and home premium. Type this in the command programme ribbons.scr /p65552 But if you want to download dreamscene go to windows update and then to ultimate extra’s and then download it!!
mine went all funky and choppy and all windows were mixed, lol
