Nice to see DELL buy creative ads for change instead of: BUY BUY BUY, NOW NOW NOW!). But what a shame that they have been to cheap to get a great director and postproduction. Ugly stuff.

Can’t believe my buddy rick is the life guard in this commercial…now I understand why he doesn’t talk about it much.
Yeah, Rick had a much bigger role at one time, but his lines got scaled back in editing – for time sake. Check him out in the teaser called “Re: Dell: Project Nerd Buddy.” He’s got a much bigger role. But even that is cut down from what it was originally.
